Therapy for the Holiday Blues

Holidays can be difficult on many people. Especially when you look outside and see gloomy skies. There are many things to help you move past this period but two things that have been a resourceful antidote are exercise and spending time with friends. I see visiting the gym as therapeutic; a place of self-care and motion to help my emotions. Then, being around fun, uplifting people who care for me and have things in common.
